For the past 25 years, Peter Catalano has focused his practice on representing individuals who have been injured or killed by someone else’s negligence. He has decades of experience negotiating and litigating with insurance companies on behalf of injured people and their families, and has helped thousands of clients collect millions of dollars from negligent parties through settlements and verdicts.
Peter’s early career as an insurance defense attorney, combined with his extensive experience representing injured people throughout Central New York, provides him with the insight and skills necessary to obtain the best possible results for his clients. Peter has successfully handled a wide variety of cases involving automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, worksite injuries, dog bites, and other catastrophic injury cases throughout his twenty-eight years of practicing law.
Peter is admitted to practice law in New York and is a member of multiple Bar Associations. He is native of Syracuse, a graduate of St. Bonaventure University and Albany Law School at Union University, and has spent his entire legal career practicing in Upstate New York.
